Francesca Ferrario, an occupational therapist and Swiss–Italian certified hand therapist, has been invited to speak at the upcoming EFSHT Congress in Basel in the session “Novel Technology in Hand Therapy – 3D Printing and Digital Applications.” Her presentation, titled “Bringing Technology to the Clinic: Opportunities and Barriers,” will explore the integration of technology in hand therapy, clinician training, and patient acceptance.
To support this presentation, she has prepared a short survey aimed at hand therapists across Europe to better understand current technology use, perceived barriers, and training needs.
The Scientific Committee (SC) has reviewed the survey and found it appropriate.
